TRENDING: SUPER FALCONS OF NIGERIA WIN THEIR 8TH AFRICA WOMEN’S NATIONS CUP, AS OSHOALA WINS THE GOLDEN BOOT

The Super Falcons of Nigeria have emerged champions of Africa for the 8th time in 10 attempts, after Desire Oparanozie’s solitary strike downed hosts Cameroon. Asisat Oshoala also emerged the golden boot winner scoring 6 goals in the tournament. .
Super Falcons’ female coach, Florence Omagbemi, has also entered the history books as the first woman to win African Women’s title as both player and coach
